Can I use my Oxford Gift Card to make a purchase online?
No. Oxford Gift Cards can only be used for purchases made in an Oxford shopping centre, or with one of our partners. For a full list of where to redeem, please click here.
Can I still buy gift cards when the malls are closed?
- Yes. You can purchase eGift cards here. eGift cards can only be redeemed in mall once they open again.
- You can also purchase classic gift cards and have them mailed to you or the recipient here.
If you would like to use your eGift cards towards a curbside pick-up appointment with a retailer please visit the mall website to find out if this is available.

I have an Oxford gift card but the mall is closed. Can I get a refund or exchange it for cash?
Oxford gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Our gift cards do not expire and will still have the full value available for you once the malls open again.

J’ai présentement une carte Cadeau mais le centre est fermé. Est-ce possible de rembourser mon achat ou l’échanger en espèces?
La carte cadeau Oxford est non remboursable et ne peut être échanger en valeur monétaire. La carte cadeau n’a aucune date d’expiration et maintient sa valeur pleine jusqu’à la réouverture des centres.

How do I use my Oxford Gift Card with the malls being closed?
Oxford gift cards can be used at any essential service retailers in our malls that accept the Oxford gift card. Please refer to the mall website for the list of retailer who are open and accepting our gift card.
